Every item is handmade to ship so please allow 5 business days before shipment. If there is inventory on site your item will ship out earlier than the proposed time above.
For custom orders with pictures or other items may take up to 7 business days before shipment. Please keep in mind that all orders are handmade to ship.
Every custom order will ship AS IS- DESIGNED on the product page and nothing more. We will not accept custom returns unless a mistake was made by us upon or before shipment which must be proven upon reception of product at delivery within 24 hours.
Failure to follow cleaning procedures or all warnings of how to handle product will void all refunds.

Items must be returned in original packing as received and customer must pay for return shipment.
